SUBJECT: ADJUSTING SHIFT LOCK CABLE AFTER

BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

PURPOSE

When brake pedal height is adjusted, be sure to check the A/T shift lock cable adjustment. If the A/T shift lock cable is out of adjustment as a result of the brake pedal height adjustment, it must be readjusted. Refer to Section 23 of the Service Manuals to perform this procedure.
