Acceleration/Deceleration Sensor: Service and Repair

On models equipped with airbag, disarm airbag as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
1. Disconnect G Sensor electrical connections.
2. Remove G Sensor bracket and the G Sensor.
3. Reverse procedure to install.
