Ignition Cable: Description and Operation

The ignition wires connect the ignition coils to the Spark Plugs, allowing high Voltage to flow from the coils to the plugs. The ignition wires have an internal resistance to suppress radio static and to eliminate static that may interfere with sensitive computer components.
