Removal/Installation

REMOVAL

1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove front wheels.
2. Remove strut brake hose clips, then the brake hoses.
3. Remove lockpins, then the caliper assembly.


INSTALLATION

1. Reverse removal procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Replace pin boots and tighten to specifications.
b. On 1991-92 Galant models, install guide and lockpin so identification mark on pin matches mark on caliper body.
c. On all models, bleed brake system.
