WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Reimbursement for performing the repairs must be claimed by submitting a RECALL CLAIM (Claim type "C") through the Diamond Network Warranty System menu option "E- 5". DO NOT SUBMIT AS "W" CLAIMS.

NOTE: The O's in the above labor code is the number ZERO.
Labor Time Allowance: 0.6 Hr.

* Spray Carburetor Cleaner.
* Fast Idle Release Driver. Along with this bulletin the special tool has been sent to 49
States Dealers who have sold the affected vehicles. Remaining 49 States Dealers may not receive this special tool. Dealers located in California WILL NOT receive this special tool. This tool is similar in design to the tool sent with EMR-89-001 and can be used interchangeably.
