INTRODUCTION

This bulletin lists the initial-fill quantities of refrigeration oil and R-12 refrigerant for 1987 Mitsubishi car and truck air conditioning systems. Also given are the quantities of refrigeration oil to be added to the system whenever an individual component of the system is replaced. When a new component is installed, the refrigeration oil that was in the old component is lost, and it is necessary to replenish that amount to avoid the hazard of insufficient lubricant in the system. Consult the appropriate Service Manual for additional informoaton.
