Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Clamp off battery negative lead 61 20 900 Disconnecting and Connecting Battery Negative Lead
- Remove center console trim 51 16 160 Removing And Installing/Replacing Centre Console Trim
- Partially remove knee protection, passenger's side 51 45 254 Removing and Installing/Replacing Knee Protection on Front Passenger Side
- Remove knee protection, driver's side 51 45 252 Removing and Installing/Replacing Knee Protection, Driver's Side, Right





Release screw (1).





Release screws (1).
Pull back complete instrument cluster (2) slightly.
Disconnect plug connections and remove instrument cluster (2).
