41 52 060 - Removing and installing clubdoor





Read contents of Body, General Service Precautions.
For stripping and rigging operations, refer to texts on KSD CD (FR number 41 52 060).





Important!
Do not damage adjoining body parts.





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Disconnect battery negative lead 61 20 900 Disconnecting and Connecting Battery Negative Lead.
- Remove seat belt 72 11 002 Removing and Installing/Replacing Front Right Seat Belt
- Remove speaker in clubdoor 65 13 090 Removing and Installing/Replacing Speaker (Mid-Range Speaker in Right Clubdoor)
- Disconnect plug for wiring harness.





Release wiring harness (1) and carefully pull out of door.

Installation Note:
Make sure wiring harness is correctly seated (watertightness).

Note:
Secure door against closing.

Release screw (2) on door retainer.

Tightening torque 51 22 4AZ 51 22 Rear Door Locks (Clubdoor). 1

Important!
Secure door against falling out.

Release screws (3) and pull out of hinges.

Tightening torque 41 52 1AZ [1][2]Rear Door.
Remove door.

Installation Note:
If necessary, adjust door .
