SITUATION
The reading lamp in the roof operating unit comes on without request. The lamp will stay on until manually switched off.

CAUSE
Roof operating unit hardware error

PROCEDURE
Replace the roof operating unit as per ISTA Repair Instruction 61 31 029, "Remove and install/replace the roof operating unit."
