Wiring Harness: Service and Repair

24 35 508 Replacing wiring harness in automatic transmission (AISIN)







IMPORTANT:
After completion of work, check transmission oil level.
Make a note of drained ATF quantity.
Required replenishment quantity approx. 4.5 litres.







IMPORTANT:
Use only the approved automatic transmission oil in this automatic transmission.
Otherwise the automatic transmission may incur extensive damage.
Do not drain oil before the transmission has cooled down.







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove hydraulic shift unit







Release screw (1).
Disconnect multiple pin connector (2) of EGS control unit.
Tightening torque: 24 11 19AZ.

Installation note:
Coat O-ring with ATF.
