Water Inside the Rocker Panel Creates a Splashing Noise

SITUATION
Water migrates inside the rocker panel and makes a splashing noise when driving, cornering or braking.
CAUSE
Water can enter the rocker panel from the A-pillar trim panel screws or retaining clips, and the door edge protection seals.
