72 11 097 - Removing and installing/replacing rear center lower strap





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear seat Rear Seat, Through-Loading





Installation:
Powerlok screws (Duo Taptite) must be replaced and must not be reused.
Powerlok screws (Duo Taptite) are mechanical thread fasteners with trilobular threads.





Lift off cover.





Unlock plug connections 72 12 ... Unlocking/Locking Airbag Plug Connections (1) and disconnect.
Release screw (2).

Installation:
Replace screw.

Tightening torque 72 11 08AZ.

Remove lower belt fitting.
