Removing and Installing, Sealing or Replacing Exhaust Manifold

11 62 000 Removing And Installing, Sealing/Replacing Exhaust Manifold (N16)







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Move front end into assembly position.
- Remove exhaust system.
- Remove both lambda oxygen sensors.
- Detach heat shield.







Release screws (1).
Tightening torque: 11 62 2AZ.







Release all nuts (1).
Tightening torque: 11 62 1AZ.
Feed out exhaust manifold (1) downwards.

Installation note:
Replace exhaust manifold gasket.







Assemble engine.
