SITUATION
After connecting the iPhone to the vehicle, the MINI Connected Apps stop working. This occurs immediately after the "Home" button has been pressed or the "Key Lock" has been manually activated on the phone.

CAUSE
iPhone operating software

INFORMATION
Do not replace any parts!

Advise the customer of the following:

1. The MINI Connected App must be started on the iPhone in order to access the MINI Apps.

2. Pressing the "Home" button or activating the "Key Lock" on the iPhone will terminate the Apps.

The Apps are then inaccessible via the MINI joystick.

3. The MINI Connected App cannot be started via the MINI joystick.
