Test condition:
none
Terminal condition: Terminal 15
Voltage condition:
none

Condition for fault memory entry
60S

Action in service
Delete stored DTCs from error memory, start vehicle and
allow engine to run for 3 minutes. If the DTC has not been
logged again the error may be ignored. Otherwise proceed to
check the following:
1. Check wiring harness between alternator and DME
(D_BSD)
2. Replace alternator
3. Do not replace DME unless all communications between
BSD interface components have been suspended
