Valvetronic servo-motor, sluggish movement

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
Control 'Initialize travel limits' must be executed
Terminal condition: Terminal 15
Voltage condition:
Voltage in onboard electrical system > 9 V

Condition for fault memory entry
none

Action in service
1. If a fault related to the DME main relay is present, repair
this first
2. If other Valvetronic faults are present, this is a secondary,
collateral fault
3. Conduct travel limit initialization routine, if not OK,
replace Valvetronic actuator motor and repeat travel limit
initialization routine
4. If replacing the Valvetronic actuator motor does not
resolve the problem, open the valve cover and check for
stiction in the Valvetronic mechanism
5. Replace DME
