12 to 200 sec. %(KLTEOETSTL) within one minute
between instrument cluster and DME's internal counter
while engine is running
Terminal condition: Terminal 15
Voltage condition:
0 V < electrical system voltage < 25.6 V

Condition for fault memory entry
0 sec.

- Because this is a collateral fault, start by resolving issues
related to other faults logged in the DME or instrument
cluster; no additional action will be needed with these kinds
of faults
