Terminal condition: Terminal 15
Voltage condition:
Onboard electrical system voltage between 10.8 V and 17 V

Action in service
1. Inspect to determine whether a coolant preheater (block
heater or auxiliary heater) is installed
2. Check wiring harness between DME and sensor
3. Replace sensor
4. Replace DME

Engine runs roughly, possible subsequent power reduction
from heat management
