Terminal condition: Terminal 15
Voltage condition:
Battery voltage measured by intelligent battery sensor <
10.5 V

Condition for fault memory entry
10 sec.

Action in service
1. If alternator errors with the DTCs 0x2E20 or 0x2E24 are
present carry out the action prescribed for these problems
2. Check alternator
3. Check bolts
4. Check the Intelligent Battery Sensor

Fault effect and breakdown warning
None
A defective alternator produces a discharged battery and
leads to vehicle breakdown in some cases
