Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove dashboard upper part trim panel







Unscrew nuts (1).

Installation note:
Replace nuts (1).

Tightening torque 72 12 07AZ. 00 00 Excerpt From Company Standard BMW GS 90003-2
Remove holder (2) for airbag module.







Unscrew nuts (1).

Installation note:
Replace nuts (1).
Tightening torque 72 12 01AZ. 00 00 Excerpt From Company Standard BMW GS 90003-2
Remove airbag module from dashboard.
