SITUATION
The customer states the red or blue cap is missing from the temperature control wheel of the heat and air conditioning control panel.
PROCEDURE
1. The red and blue caps can now be replaced separately.
Note:
Replacement of the complete heat and air conditioning panel is no longer permitted for this complaint. Replace the missing cap(s).
2. The red and blue caps come as a set, and only the missing part needs to be replaced. Press the appropriate color cap into the opening (red towards the top and blue towards the bottom).
