Removing and Installing/Sealing/Replacing Exhaust Manifold

11 62 000 - Removing and installing/sealing/replacing exhaust manifold (N12)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Move front end into assembly position.
- Remove exhaust system.
- Remove both lambda oxygen sensors.
- Detach heat shield.





Release screws (1).
Tightening torque: 11 62 2AZ [1][2]11 62 Exhaust Manifold.





Release all nuts (1).
Tightening torque: 11 62 1AZ [1][2]11 62 Exhaust Manifold.
Feed out exhaust manifold (1) downwards.

Installation:
Replace all seals.





Assemble engine.
