Loud Whining Noise From Differential

Strong howling from the differential

Complaint
Light howling in high gears, i.e. various engine speeds, at same driving speed.

Cause
Noise indicates damage to the differential due to customer misuse (slipping from clutch pedal in 1st gear at high driving speed and engine idling speed).

Repair instruction
No measure to date. Set up a PuMA report.
