Guide Pipe For Traction Cables Is Loose

Repair instruction for loose guide pipe of the traction cables
The guide pipe of the traction cable has come loose from the guide rail. This generates a clicking noise and the panorama sunroof is partially blocked. The blocking can damage the drive unit.

Repair instruction
Open the roof and check whether the guide pipes of the traction cables have come loose from the guide rail.







If the guide pipe has come loose, replace the roof frame and, if damaged, the drive unit.
