Flywheel Gear: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing Or Replacing Flywheel
Special Tools Required:
^ 11 8 320
^ 12 2 150

Remove clutch.






Using special tool 12 2 150 and special tool 11 8 320 hold crankshaft damper in position.





Slacken bolts in sequence (8-1) and remove flywheel.





Installation:
Note location mark (1) on flywheel and location mark (2) on crankshaft.

Note Flywheel bolts must be replaced.





Installation:
Tighten up in sequence (1-8).

M10 80 Nm
