24 21 510 - Replacing drive shaft radial seal (GACVT-16Z)





Special tools required:
- 23 0 490 23 0 490 Extractor
- 24 4 201 24 4 200 Drift and Slip Bush
- 24 4 202 24 4 200 Drift and Slip Bush





Note:
Transmission removed!





Pull out radial seal with special tool 23 0 490 23 0 490 Extractor.

Important!
Risk of damage:

Damage to the drive shaft will result in oil leaks!





Attach special tool 24 4 202 24 4 200 Drift and Slip Bush to drive shaft.





Drive in radial shaft seal with special tool 24 4 201 24 4 200 Drift and Slip Bush.

Installation:
Clean sealing surface.

Apply a thin coating of CVT fluid EZL 799 to sealing lip of shaft seal.
