Removing Seal of Right Axle Shaft (CVT)

24 21 210 - Removing seal of right axle shaft (CVT)





Special tools required:
- 00 5 500 00 5 500 Handle for Drifts
- 24 8 110 24 8 110 Drift

Drain off transmission fluid Service and Repair.

Remove right axle shaft Removing and Installing/Replacing Right Drive Shaft.





Lever radial shaft seal (1) with a screwdriver out of transmission case.

Note: Make sure the transmission case is not damaged.





Installation:
Using special tools 00 5 500 00 5 500 Handle for Drifts and 24 8 110 24 8 110 Drift, drive the sealing ring into the transmission case until it is flush on the outside with the transmission case.

Installation:
Push drive shaft over resistance of snap ring. The drive shaft must snap audibly into place.
