63 12 008 - Removing and installing/replacing left or right headlight (xenon headlight, from 07/04)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Detach spray nozzle of headlight cleaning system Service and Repair





Release screws (1) and fold down control unit holder (2).





Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Release wiring harness retaining clip (2).
Release nuts (4) and remove headlight (3).





Replacement:
- Remove lamp for xenon light Replacing Bulb For Left or Right Xenon Headlight (From 07/04)
- Remove halogen bulb for high-beam headlight Replacing Halogen Bulb For Left (or Right) High-Beam Headlight

Installation:
Adjust headlights Adjusting Headlights.
