52 13 030 - Removing and installing/replacing backrest frame on left or right front seat (TU)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove side airbag
- Remove backrest cover Replacing Backrest Cover for Left or Right Front Seat (TU)
- Remove lumbar support Removing and Installing Lumbar Support on Front Seat (TU)





Note:
The right side is removed in the same way as the left side.

Detach welt (1) from seat frame.

Lever out clip (2).

Installation:
Replace faulty clip.

Release Torx screws (3).

Tightening torque 52 13 3AZ Front Seats.
Remove backrest frame (4).
