SUBJECT
Incorrect Number is Displayed Instead of Contact Name

MODEL
R56 (Cooper, Cooper S) with Bluetooth (SA644)

SITUATION
When placing a phone call, the last number dialed is displayed instead of the contact name. The system does dial the intended number.

CAUSE
The contact name stored in the Bluetooth� handset's address book is greater then 47 characters.

This exceeds the capacity of the system.

PROCEDURE
[NEW] Do NOT replace parts. A programming solution will be available approximately April 2008.

In the interim, recommend that the customer shorten the stored name in the handset's address book so that it is less then 45 characters.
