Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle: Adjustments

61 71 004 - Adjusting windscreen washer spray nozzles





Special tools required:
- 00 9 200 00 9 200 Setting Tool





Mark contact points with adhesive tape on windscreen.

Actuate windscreen washer system.

The jet sprays must strike the areas of the markings.

Adjustment values in mm:

1 = 240

2 = 340

3 = 510

4 = 230

5 = 230

6 = 510

7 = 340

8 = 240





If necessary, adjust left or right spray nozzle with special tool 00 9 200 00 9 200 Setting Tool.

Note:
If necessary, remove adhesive residue from windscreen.

Fill up with washer fluid.
