Power Steering Fluid Reservoir: Service and Repair

32 41 250 - Removing and installing/replacing fluid reservoir for power steering





Note:
Read and follow notes and instructions for fitting and removing 1-ear clamps Notes on Removing and Installing Ear Hose Clamps.

After completing tasks, bleed power steering Service and Repair





Recycling:
Observe country-specific waste-disposal regulations
Draw hydraulic fluid out of tank -> do not reuse.





Release nuts (1).

Installation:
Tightening torque 32 41 8AZ Pump and Oil Supply

Release nut (2) and remove fastening clamp from supply reservoir.

Installation:
Tightening torque 32 41 9AZ Pump and Oil Supply

Open hose clips (3) and detach hoses from supply reservoir.

Installation:
Replace hose clamps.
