Clutch Pedal Assembly: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing / Replacing Clutch Pedal

Remove storage tray.

Remove lower steering column cowl.





Remove pin (1) from clutch pedal.

Remove bolts (2) securing master cylinder to bracket.

Remove clip (3) retaining pedal to pivot shaft.





Remove clutch return spring (1).





Remove outer bearing from clutch pedal (1).

Slide clutch pedal off pivot shaft.

Remove inner bearing (2).

If necessary move clutch pipe (3) to one side.
