72 11 041 - Removing and installing/replacing front left or right buckle anchorage (belt tensioner)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove left or right front seat Removing and Installing Left or Right Front Seat (Normal/Manual).





Remove screw (1) and release belt tensioner (2).
Tightening torque 72 11 9AZ [1][2]Seat Belt Systems.





Detach seat cover.





Detach and remove cable ties.





Disconnect plug connector from seat mechanism.





Release retaining clip (1) and remove plug connector (2) from holder (3).





Feed cable out of seat mechanism and remove belt tensioner.
