Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair
21 52 510 - Removing and installing/replacing clutch slave cylinder (W11, W17)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove underbody protection Service and Repair.
Note:
After completing work, bleed clutch hydraulic system.
Release screws (1) and remove clutch slave cylinder (2).
Remove clip (3) and disconnect line (4).
Tightening torque, 21 52 1AZ.
Installation:
After removing clutch slave cylinder, check whether sealing ring is seated in line holder.
A click must be heard when the line holder is inserted in the clutch slave cylinder.
Mount clip.
Bleed clutch hydraulic system.
