Headlamp Washer Spray Nozzle: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing/Replacing Spray Nozzles For Left Or Right Headlight Cleaning System







Open Bonnet.
Extend spray nozzle shaft (1) to stop.
Remove headlight washer trim (2) from shaft.







Install hint:
Extend spray nozzle shaft (1).
Using a screwdriver (as shown), fit the headlight washer trim (2) on to shaft.







Disconnect washer tube connector (1) from headlight washer unit by depressing the connector release tag (2).
Release washer unit retaining clip (3) and slide unit in direction shown (A) and remove washer unit (4).







Replacement Only:
Remove chrome finisher (1) from headlight washer trim.

Install hint:
Locate the trim under the single chrome tab (A), followed by the two tabs on the outer edge (B).
