54 12 115 Removing And Installing Glass Slide/Tilt Sunroof Lid







Note: For purposes of clarity, picture shows glass lid opened (glass lid remains in zero position).

Important: Do not contaminate the roofliner with the grease on the rail ends.

Release roller blind from guides; to do so, turn rail (1) in direction of arrow.
Retract roller blind as far as possible and allow rail to hang through sunroof opening.







Move glass sunroof lid into "lift position".

Note: Before releasing Torx screws, mark round washers (1) (as pictured) to ensure correct alignment during installation.

Open glass sunroof lid until front Torx screws (4) are accessible.
Release and dispose of Torx screws (2 to 4).

Installation:
Insert new Torx screws and align washers (1) to markings.

4AZ Glass panel to mechanism 4 Nm
Note: Replace screws

Adjust glass slide/tilt sunroof lid.
