51 16 218 Removing And Installing/Replacing Rear Storage Compartment Holder

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear storage compartment (rear centre console)







Version without centre armrest:
Remove clips (1).
Disconnect cable (2) of parking brake warning switch.







Release nuts (1) and remove holder for storage compartment.

1AZ Bracket, handbrake console, to tunnel
M6 2.5 Nm







Version with centre armrest:
Unfasten cable tie (1).
Release nuts (2) and feed out holder (3) towards top.
