Removing and Installing/Replacing Top Left (or Right) Control Arm




33 32 076 - Removing and installing/replacing top left (right) control arm





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove wheel Removing or Installing Front or Rear Wheel
- If necessary, remove ride-height sensor Replacing Rear Ride-Height Sensor
- If necessary, remove spare wheel
Right side:
- Remove exhaust system Removing and Installing/Replacing Rear Muffler
- Remove heat shield

Important!
To obtain balanced vehicle handling, it is recommended that the control arms be replaced in pairs.





Release screw (1).

Installation:
Tightening torque 33 32 1AZ Control Arms And Struts (Rear).

Release nut (2) and remove screw (3).

Installation:
Replace self-locking nuts.
Tightening torque 33 32 2AZ Control Arms And Struts (Rear).
