Installing and Replacing Fuel Filler Pipe

Removing And Installing/Replacing Fuel Filler Pipe

Remove left rear road wheel.
Remove rear left wheel arch trim.
Remove fuel filler cap.







Release fuel breather hose (1) from filler neck.
Release hose clip (2) and remove hose from filler neck.
Tightening torque 2.5 - 3.5 Nm.







Remove nuts (1) and withdraw fuel filler pipe from body aperture.
Tightening torque 5 Nm

Install hint:
Replace hose clip.
Ensure seal is correctly fitted between filler neck to body aperture.
