Removing And Installing Mounting Block For Pedals

Remove storage tray.

Remove/lower brake fluid level to the underside of the clutch master cylinder feed pipe.





Disconnect supply hose (1) of clutch hydraulic system.





Disconnect clutch pipe from clutch master cylinder (1).

Catch any fluid in suitable container.

Disconnect brake switch connector (2).

(Disconnect clutch master cylinder switch connector if fitted).

Remove bracket securing footwell light and diagnostic connector to fascia rail (3).





Remove clip (1) and remove piston rod pin (2).

Remove nuts (3) securing booster to bulkhead.
- Tightening torque:
- Handbrake lever to body M8 25 Nm





Remove 3 bolts securing pedal console to bulkhead (1).
Tightening torque:
- Pedal assembly to body M8 21.4 Nm





Pull pipe from expansion tank through bulkhead.





Slide pedal assembly down and under fascia cross member and remove.

Bleed clutch hydraulic system.
