Replacing Gearbox Support Arm
Special tools required:

^ 00 0 207

^ 11 8 260

Turn off ignition.

Remove battery box.





Remove fusebox retaining bolts (1) and move fusebox to one side.
Underbonnet fusebox retaining bolts 5 Nm

Fit engine support bridge to vehicle.





Use special tools 00 0 201, 00 0 202, 00 0 205, 00 0 207, 00 0 209 and 11 8 260

Tighten support bridge sufficiently to support engine and gearbox weight.





Remove gearbox mount retaining bolt (1).
Gearbox mount retaining bolt to upper bracket 66 Nm

Remove gearbox mount retaining bolts (2) from body and remove mount.
Mount bracket to gearbox 38 Nm
