Pinpoint Test D: No Power in START

Normal Operation
When the ignition switch is in the START position, voltage is sent to the one touch integrated start (OTIS) diode in the battery junction box (BJB) and the PCM along circuit CDC35 (BU/WH).

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
^ Wiring, terminals and connectors
^ Ignition switch
^ SJB
