Pinpoint Test B: No Power in ACC

Normal Operation
When the ignition switch is in the ACC position, voltage is provided to the smart junction box (SJB) along circuit CDC33 (VT/GN).

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
^ Wiring, terminals and connectors
^ Ignition switch
^ SJB
