FILL LIMITING VENT VALVE







Removal and Installation
1. Remove the fuel tank.
2. Release the clamp and disconnect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fill limiting vent valve hose.

3. NOTE: Be careful when removing the fill limiting vent valve from the fuel tank grommet to avoid damaging either component.

Insert a suitable tool between the fill limiting vent valve flange and the fuel tank grommet, apply upward pressure and remove the fill limiting vent valve from the tank.

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Carry out an Evaporative Emission System Leak Test. Testing and Inspection
- Carry out the evaporative emission repair verification drive cycle.
