Engine Mount - RH











Removal and Installation

1. WARNING: Before servicing a vehicle equipped with a fire suppression system, depower the system by following the procedure in Fire Suppression System. Failure to follow the instructions may result in serious personal injury.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on hoist. For additional information, refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.
2. Remove the generator. For additional information, refer to Alternator.
3. Install the special tool.





4. Install the special tool.





5. Remove the RH and LH lower engine mount nuts.
^ To install, tighten to 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.).
6. Using the special tool, raise the engine.





7. Remove the 3 RH engine mount bolts.
^ To install, tighten to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.).
8. Remove the RH engine mount.

9. WARNING: If the vehicle is equipped with a fire suppression system, repower the system. For important safety warnings and procedures, refer to Fire Suppression System. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious personal injury.

To install, reverse the removal procedure. If equipped with fire suppression system, repower the system.
