Test L: One Turn Signal Lamp Is Inoperative/Always On
PINPOINT TEST L: ONE TURN SIGNAL LAMP IS INOPERATIVE/ALWAYS ONNormal Operation
When the multifunction switch is placed in the LH or RH TURN position, voltage is routed through circuit 3 (LG/WH) or circuit 2 (WH/LB) to the LH or RH front turn signal, respectively. Ground for the turn lamps is provided through circuit 57 (BK). The rear turn lamps utilize the circuitry for the stoplamps.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Multifunction switch
