Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge valve electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the 2 vapor tube-to-EVAP canister purge valve quick connect couplings.







4. Depress the retaining tab to release and remove the EVAP canister purge valve from the retaining bracket.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Leak test the system. Testing and Inspection
- Carry out the evaporative emission repair verification drive cycle.
