Normal Operation
The message center switch assembly uses circuit 1411 (GY/OG) to communicate the requested switch function to the message center.

Possible Causes
- Circuit 1411 (GY/OG) open, short to ground or voltage
- Clockspring
- Steering wheel control switch harness
- Message center switch
- Instrument cluster
