STOCK VEHICLES
Consult OASIS - Vehicles affected by "M" and "N" programs are listed in OASIS. If OASIS shows the vehicle is eligible and the vehicle is within the program time & mileage limitations and exhibits the covered condition, the claim for eligible repairs will be paid.

SOLD VEHICLES
Only owners with affected vehicles that exhibit the covered condition will be directed to dealers for repairs.

TITLE BRANDED / SALVAGED VEHICLES
Affected title branded and salvaged vehicles are eligible for this Field Service Action.

RELATED DAMAGE
Related damage claims are not approved for this program.

ADDITIONAL LABOR TIME

^ This repair will require no additional labor time to complete. Claims submitted with "MT" labor will not be accepted for reimbursement.

^ If you encounter aftermarket equipment or modifications to the vehicle which might prevent the repair of the covered condition, call the Special Service Support Center.

OWNER REFUNDS

^ Ford Motor Company will only refund owner-paid repairs covered by this program if the repair was performed prior to the date of the Customer Notification Letter (or after the date of the letter if an emergency repair was made away from the servicing dealer). Refund claims that include other non-covered repairs, or those judged by Ford to be excessive, will not be accepted for reimbursement.

^ Refunds for front brakes on AWD Freestyle vehicles will only be accepted if the rear pads were replaced on the same visit.

RENTAL VEHICLES

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

^ Enter claims using Direct Warranty Entry (DWE).

^ Refunds must be claimed on a repair line that is separate from the repair line on which the FSA is claimed.
